This is a great "anti-drama" emote; if you notice that something is getting out of hand or an argument in chat is starting to escalate into something seriously ugly then drop this baby on everyone, it's so strangely hypnotic that everyone shuts up and calms down.

I never expected this to have that effect, but now I think of it, watching those old PONG demos when I was a kid kept me mesmerized for hours.
